Great staff, great efficiency, great price, the suit I had tailored fits perfectly, my first time coming here and I couldn’t find a flaw

So Tuesday morning- Melbourne Cup Need my suit jacket altered. No problem. Well priced. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much. I’ll be back!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Super fast, good prices for common work (trouser take up, etc) but less common things are pricier. I had a suit altered and was quite happy with the job while slightly unhappy with the price for jacket alterations.
Edit: After a more detailed look around I’ve realised Opal is pretty competitive price-wise (jacket alterations are expensive everywhere) – and WAY faster than some local competition.

Great service, at good price, timely service. Loyalty rewards. Convenient open hours. Had suit and trouser tailouring, dry cleaning, repairs for jumpers.

I took in two suit pants and whole suit (blazer and pants) to be tailored and altered. Fantastic experience overall. The shop was presented immaculately, the tailor was professional and extremely helpful in providing advice on fit and alterations, and the garments were available at the appointed time. Definitely one of the better alterations specialists in Canberra I’ve been to – would use again and recommend to others.

The service provided by Opal alterations was above excellent & more then met my expectations. My sons suit arms and legs needed to be taken up before his formal on the following Tuesday night. I dropped them in on the Saturday morning; the alterations were completed & his suit was ready to be collected on the Monday (1 day earlier then needed or expected). The alteration was professional, looked perfect & you can not tell it has been altered at all. The Customer Service here is excellent & their work is amazing. I will definitely be using them for any future alterations I require & recommend they be anyones 1st & only choice. 10 out of 10 for customer service, quality of work & 20 out of 10 for speed considering this time of year is extremely busy with School Formals and events requiring formal dress. First of all the customer service is fantastic. I was introduced to Opal from a friend to try them out. The alterations was perfect. I have been a customer ever since. I wouldn’t take any alterations to anyone else.
Again I brought my suit pants in late Saturday afternoon and I am able to pick it up Sunday morning.
