Brilliant service! I had a pair of curtains that needed hemming and was very pleased to discover there was a pick up and delivery option. Jeff was professional, courteous and extremely helpful, and even offered to return my curtains on the same day he collected them. The quality of the work was excellent and the turnaround time impressive.

After several experiences with other alterations services who charged far more that this for a similar job and took more than a week to complete to a lesser standard, I won’t be going anywhere else but Opal Alterations in future.

I had a cocktail dress altered by Opal Alterations and the staff were friendly and really helpful. My dress had a lace overlay and boning. It was ready within a few days and it looked brand new, I couldn’t find where the alteration had been made. I was quite amazed. I will absolutely be back for repeat business. Highly recommend.
